The Intermediate Abseiling Course will allow you to learn and develop the important skills and techniques required to participate in challenging abseiling activities and adventures.
When things are at their worst you will need to be at your best and this course will show you how!
The Abseil Rescue Skills Course covers the skills required by Abseilers to apply effective Self-Rescue techniques in the majority of emergency situations.
If you want to become a more skilled and technically experienced abseiler then this course is the next step!
The Advanced Abseiling Course is a combination of the Intermediate Abseiling Course & Abseiling Rescue Skills Course. The Advanced Abseiling Course is ideal for individuals who wish to take a more active role when participating with others in group abseiling activities.
Prior abseiling experience is necessary to undertake this course. We recommend undertaking our Intermediate Abseiling Skills Course first, though the Advanced Abseiling Course is even better. The greater your understanding of the basics, the more you will get out of this course!
If you want to take up canyoning as a recreational activity, or want to build upon your existing canyon skills, then this is the place to start!
This 2 Day course will make you a more useful participant in canyon expedition groups, with a focus on self management skills & hazard avoidance.

After this course you will be able to competently climb with experienced leaders on short, moderately graded rock climbs.
This course further expands your technical skills and increases the experience gained on our Rock 1 course. Over two days we cover skills at a more advanced level, and introduce you to seconding and multi-pitch climbs. Along the way you will also get the opportunity to do some of the finest, classic Blue Mountains rockclimbs!

If you regularly climb outdoors as a second or on top-rope at least to grade 16 confidently, and would like to take the next step, our 2 day sport climbing course will teach the essentials for leading bolted sport routes.
Our three-day Learn To Lead Trad course will teach the aspiring lead climber the skills required for safe, efficient lead climbing on traditional climbing gear.
Course participants will learn while they climb and they can look forward to leading a number of selected classic climbs under the close supervision of their instructors.
